Only you, on the account you signed in with. Scans never appear in anyone else's history. We do not use your photos in ads, and we do not sell them.

No. We don't sell personal data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't share your face with anyone except the processors that produce your own report (sign-in, storage, payments, assessments, and hairstyle previews).

Yes, at any time. Delete a single scan from My scans, or delete the whole account from the Account page — photos and analysis go with it. You don't need to email us first.

No. Measurements are only used to build your report. Under our agreements, the photos we send to analysis and preview providers are not used to train their models.

No. FaceLS is for personal, cosmetic curiosity. Scores are software estimates and can be wrong. Don't make medical, psychological, or financial decisions from them — talk to a qualified professional first.

Harmony is geometry: 478 landmarks, then fixed scoring curves. Nothing is allowed to move a point. Angularity, Dimorphism, and Features are visual ratings of things a tape measure cannot see. The overall number combines those pillars.

They are different on purpose. Harmony is a tape measure. The other three are a trained eye on things geometry can't see — skin, leanness, dimorphism cues. One is maths. The others are judgement.

They pick which reference the Harmony curves are read against, so the same measurement isn't judged against the wrong average. They don't invent landmarks.

Yes. Jaw angle, chin projection, and nasal profile only exist in the side view, so a true 90° profile is required. If the profile misses, you can replace it on that same scan without using another credit.

Usually under a minute. Landmark detection runs in your browser; scoring the visual pillars takes most of the wait. If that pass does not run, the scan still saves — Harmony lands, the other pillars stay locked until you scan again.

Retake from about two metres, camera at eye level, even light, no filters. For the side shot, turn a true 90°. Then use Calibrate if a landmark is sitting off the feature it should mark.

One scan a month and your overall score. You see your two weakest ratios and two weakest findings in full; the other ratios, findings, and the four pillar scores stay on the page with the numbers locked. Basic unblurs everything. Pro adds photo morphs and hairstyle previews.

Account menu → Plan & billing → the Stripe portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the period you already paid for ends. We don't refund a period that's already started, except for genuine billing mistakes.
